These Terms govern your use of Alba365 Sunrise (the "Service"), operated by [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
The Service is a cloud application for cabinet-making workshops: quoting, cut-list and nesting output, scheduling, orders, invoicing, and a customer portal with online deposits. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan prices and features are as shown at sign-up. Where you enable online deposits, payments from your customers are processed through Stripe Connect and settled to your connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe's terms. You are responsible for your own tax treatment of deposits and for fulfilment of the underlying order.
The Service, its software, and its branding are owned by [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name] and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data and content you enter; you grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the Service.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Quotes, cut-lists, nesting, machine output (DXF/G-code), and pricing are tools to assist you: you are responsible for verifying output before cutting material, quoting a customer, or committing to production.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alba365 Sunrise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, materials, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination you may request a copy of your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
